Private tutoring is an extremely beneficial opportunity for students to improve academic ability.  If needed, an Informal Reading Inventory will decipher if there is a reading issue that needs to be addressed (see "Assessment" page) and then a tutoring schedule is arranged. I provide all materials necessary with very specific instructions for daily practice at home.

When children work one-on-one with me, we make rapid progress. Sessions last 50 minutes which is followed by a brief meeting with the parent to discuss recent progress and at home practice.  

My services include collaboration with your child's school.  If interested, I will contact teachers by phone and/or email to encourage collaborative instructional outcomes in order to expedite your child's progress.
